In Focus: Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour | Rosegold & Intense Rosegold Comparisons + Demo

I have been an avid user of the Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks ever since they came out in 2011 and they have long been staples in my kit.

Rosegold has turned out to be a favorite and it is one of my “go to” eye colour when working.

I tried to see if the Intense Rosegold is available on the main(US) Laura Mercier website, but I could not find it.  However, Intense Rosegold is still available on the Philippine online store of Laura Mercier. If you are from the Philippines and you are interested in trying out the Caviar Sticks head to https://my-mercier-concierge.myshopify.com and key in “MyMercier2020” to enter. Then you are to create your own profile for a much more easier shopping experience or feel free to visit any of their counters in any Rustan’s Department stores.

The Caviar Stick Retail for Php 1595 ($29) each and has 1.64 grams of product. Ingredients listed, but might vary depending on product variant, are: Cyclopentasiloxane, Mica (CI 77019), Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Polyethylene, Lauroyl Lysine, Ozokerite, Octyldodecanol, Synthetic Beeswax, Lecithin, Tin Oxide, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid. May Contain (+/-): CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide).

And if you are thinking what I am thinking, yes that Metallic Creme Eye Colour in Rosegold does look like the color of one variant of the iPhone. But I have to let you know, that this color from Laura Mercier pre-dates that of the iPhone. The Metallic Creme Eyeshadows were released before 2011 – while the first Rosegold iPhone was released in 2015.

I do hope that the brand does come out with the ORIGINAL shade of Rosegold in their product line because it was such a good color – and so were the other colors in this product line!

The products I am using has worked for me and it might not necessarily work for you. Always be discerning when purchasing cosmetics or skin care products. Always read the label and the literature! Always do a patch test before you purchase a product for the first time to see that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed.

This video/post is not sponsored. The products that are shown here are the products that I always use, love and live by.

The videos and pictures were shot using an Iphone 11.
