I was not running on “all four burners” today – but I am glad that I managed to “pull this off” despite being tired and lazy. January has been very funky ~ it’s energy was hectic and foreboding that it kind of made me feel “blah”.
Doing this video was a great way to jump start my day. I actually hit thhe gym after filiming. Although I have to say, I’m still feeling the “funkiness” of things, I am so much better.
