New vlog is out by the way, it’s entitled: An Almost “Full Face” of Nars Cosmetics - mainly because I used 90% of @narsissist - a mix of my ultimate faves and current purchases from the brand. A theme managed to form while I was doing the video and most of the products I have featured are from the Orgasm/Orgasm X line. 🤗 If you are a #Nars fan, I hope you’ll enjoy this video! It just dawned on me today that I actually had the opportunity to do the grooming of @alvinpatrimonio a few weeks back. I’m not so familiar with a lot of Filipino sportsmen (unlike beauty queens 😆). BUT I do KNOW of Alvin, and to be able to work with this very nice man is a career highlight.

Chiaroscuro feels in the afternoon light.

Here’s a brief preview of the #Chikuhodo MK-KO Powder brush. It has a full head of Gray Squirrel hair - very soft. The artwork on the handle is that of Koi fish. 🎏 It is by the renowned artist Hideki Kimura. It is absolutely stunning - very modern in its artistic expression. The ferrule has two tones of Pink and it is lacquered to a matte finish. This brush, though pricey, is an absolute gem to have in a brush collection. This can be used with powder (pressed/loose), blush, finishing powder or even bronzer - I have designated this brush to be used with blushes and finishing powders. The #Chikuhodo MK-KO (Koi) Powder Brush has a lacquered Koi design on the ferrule, hence the name of the brush. 🎏 This is a stunningly beautiful brush! If only I was able to record my facial expression when I first opened this box because I was stunned! 😄 if you have been intrigued by this brush and been wondering what makes this different from the other brushes from the Maki-e Series, maybe my observations and a short demo might be helpful. Just in time for #KodomoNoHi (Children’s Day) celebration in Japan where in #KoiNobori (Koi Streamers) 🎏🎏 are raised for the occasion - my new vlog is out. I am talking about the #Chikuhodo MK-KO (Koi) Powder Brush. This brush was sent over by @fudebeauty and I was surprised and in shock when I opened the package! Today’s #sunset. It’s bit cloudy which is odd for this time of the year - but still beautiful. It’s more “Golden” at this time of the year .

Smokey Eyes have become a makeup staple these past few years. Most of the time, it’s a great look to wear for evenings out - so if you are looking for a fast way to update your day makeup in a snap of a finger, maybe my latest vlog might be of some help. Kajal Eyeliners are extremely pigmented, very creamy and easy to work with. That being said they also have a tendency to smudge about BUT that is how Kajal eyeliners are supposed to act. These two eyeliner here have different price points and formulations, but they do the same job of “smoking” out eye looks - fast. I’ve managed to do a Vlog! Yey! And I am talking about how to update your eye makeup into an easy smokey eye using Kajal eyeliners. 👁They have been my “go to eyeliners” for years and I found them to be the most comfortable to use in my waterline.
