I made an order at BoBo-san’s website a little over a week ago. After placing my order, Bobo-san actually reached out to me because she has been planning to send me via PR most of the brushes that I purchased and offered a refund. I instead made a counter offer to purchase  a brush with in the same price range so that she doesn’t have the need to go through the hassle of refunding me the money. To which she obliged. and I was giddy with excitement for my package – which actually arrived in no time!
