When I first got this powder, I did not know they were reformlated. The first time I used them, I was at work and upon application of the powder, I was so surprised on how muc powder was swirrling on air. What astonished me was, there were so much specs of glitter in the air that I had to question if I was using a brush speckled with shimmer.

After investigating further, I realized it was the powder. And because at that time, there were no news about a reformulation. I just though that the lighter shades of these powders from Givenchy might have some shimmer in it. Because of that I stopped using the powders because, it was not the powder formula I wanted.

And then, a few months later – it all came to light.

I am at an impasse with this powder.
